Aparrnaa Chakraborty

Founder Member, President

Aparrnaa conceived the idea of this foundation to continue her social initiatives. She has been actively participating in multiple social welfare activities under her political affiliations and her zeal to work for under-privileged. She has pioneered some of the social initiatives towards third gender community. Apart from this, Aparrnaa is an avid theatre director and performer and has performed on numerous social topics under the banner of her theatre group - Parichaay. She is masters in sociology and during her professional engagements, has worked in various domains like retail, broadcasting and communication, television and food industry. 

Sonali Banerjee

Founder Member, Vice-President

Sonali has the credential of being the first women marine engineer in Asia. Currently, she is chaired as the Senior surveyor with the Indian Register of Shipping. She has been decorated with numerous awards and also a book has been written on the journey of her life - Sonali, An Empathetic woman leader in Maritime, by Binay Singh. She is a distinguished panelist in multiple national and international Maritime groups and a zealous crusader of women roles, participation and responsibilities in Maritime industry.



Debarshi Chakraborty 

Founder Member, Secretary

Deba is an IT professional and is working as Senior Technology Architect with one of top tech giants of India. He is also a writer and a music creator as hobbyist.

Siddharth Mukherjee

Founder Member, Treasurer

Siddharth is a professional in food industry.









Joy Banerjee

Founder Member

Joy is an IT professional and acting as a business domain expert with one of the top tech giants of India. He has numerous awards and trophies awarded to him for his excellence in lawn tennis

  दिनांक : 10 अगस्त 2022, बुधवार , पुणे स्थान : अन्नाभाऊ साठे सभागार , यरवदा । रक्षा बंधन परिवार में भाई - बहनों के बीच प्यार और सम्मान का उत्सव है । अंतरनाद सोशल फाउंडेशन (ASF) ने ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय के साथ ये   त्योहार मनाकर इस   उत्सव को एक पृथक और नवीन आयाम दिया है   । ट्रांसजेंडर और सिजेंडर ( जो ट्रांसजेंडर नहीं हैं ) समुदाय ने एक दूसरे को राखी बांधकर सामाजिक समावेशिता की एक नयी परिभाषा की पहचान दी है । ट्रांसजेंडरों को समाज में अस्तित्व और स्वीकृति की लंबी लड़ाई से गुजरना पड़ता है और यह लड़ाई उनके जीवन के अंत तक खत्म नहीं होती है । अधिकांश समाज को तृतीयपंथी समाज के अस्तित्व की इस लड़ाई   के बारे में पता भी नहीं है । इसके अतिरिक्त , उनके जन्म और जीवन के बारे में बहुत सारी झूठी राय , आरोप और स्पष्टीकरण हैं । ASF ने राखी के इस शुभ त्योहार की पृष्ठभूमि पर तृतीयपंथी समुदाय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने का अवसर लिया और एक सफल कार्यक्रम का आय...

दिनांक : २६ / ०१ / २०२२ जगह : दिघी , पुणे  - मातृछाया बालकाश्रम  जीवन सब के लिए समान नहि होता । किसी को ज़मीन नहि मिलती, तो किसी को आसमाँ नहि मिलता ! ये यथार्थ सत्य मेरे हर पल अनुभव किया है । अपने सार्वजनिक जीवन में मैं बहुत ऐसे संस्थायों में गयी हु जो सामाजिक रिश्तों से वांछित बच्चों या बुजुर्गों को सहारा देता है । और जितने बार भी मिली हूँ , मेरा स्नेह, मेरी सामवेदना इनके प्रति और बढ़ीं है । आपको लगता है की आप उनको कुछ देने जा रहे हो, पर हर बार आप अपने साथ जीवन की कोई सिख़ ले के आते हो। आज ७३वे गणतंत्र दिवस के उपलक्ष पर  मातृछाया बालकाश्रम  में मैंने कुछ पल बिताया । ४० बच्चों का घर है ये आश्रम । सबसे छोटा बच्चा ५ वर्ष का और सबसे बड़ा १४ वर्ष का । जीवन के राह ने इन बच्चों को समय से पहले स्वावलंबी और सम्बल बना दिया है। इनकी नम्रता और प्रतिभा देख कर मैं हमेशा ही प्रभावित हुयी हूँ । सच है ये तथ्य की भगवान जब जीवन का कोई पहलू आप से छिन लेता है तो दूसरी तरफ़ से आपको कोई ऐसा वरदान, कोई ऐसा हुनर, जोश इत्यादि दे देता है, की आप कमी से बाहर आ जाते हो । बस आपको उस भगवान के भेंट...

शेलार गणपति घाट, विश्रांतवादी - सफ़ाई कार्यक्रम

  "हमारा पर्यावरण हमारे रवैये और अपेक्षाओं का आइना होता है।”   माँ हमेशा अपने बच्चों के लिए, परिवार के लिए, सर्वस्य अर्पण कर देती है और हमें इस भाव की कदर तब होती है जब माँ शारीरिक रूप से लाचार हो जाती है या परलोक सिधार जाती है। क्या प्रकृति की कहानी भी ऐसी कुछ नहि है? “ये मेरा काम नहि है” , “सरकारी कर्मचारी अनदेखा कर रहे है” - अपनी उत्तरदायित्व को अनदेखा करके दूसरों को दोषारोप करना बहुत सहज है। सभी धर्मों के ग्रंथो में इस बात का उल्लेख़ है की समाज पतन की और ग़लत लोगों के कारण नहि जाती, अपितु सक्षम और अच्छे   लोगों के कुछ ना करने के कारण जाती है। ये चिरसत्य है और पर्यावरण के परिपेक्ष में भी ये कहना ग़लत नहि होगा। हम यूँ ही शतुर्मुर्ग बने बैठे रहे, की सब ठीक है, मुझे क्या लेना और हमारे आस पास धीरे धीरे धरती रिसती रहे, नष्ट होती रहे, जल प्रवाह दूषित और सूखती रहे, वायु प्रदूषित होती रहे, पेड़, पौधे, पक्षी और जानवर की प्रजातियाँ विलुप्त होती रहे, पर हम केवल चर्चायें और निंदा करें।     विश्रांतवादी के शेलार गणपति विसर्जन घाट एक बहुत ही सुंदर घाट है। पर यहाँ भी उ...
